4. Malls and supermarkets
Areas such as lifts, food courts, and children’s play areas are popular gathering spots, especially for children. These are among the places where influenza spreads most easily without anyone realising.
That’s why you should never wait until symptoms become severe or until many people are already infected.
Early prevention, such as getting the influenza vaccine every year, should be practised to help protect yourself, your family, and the community.
